CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that sometimes circumstances change so we respectfully ask our clients to give us atleast 48 hours notice of the cancellation of any appointment.
Unfortunately failure to do so will result in the following fees:
48 hours notice will require 50% appointment cost
24 hours notice will require 100% appointment cost
We also send automatic appointment reminders 48 Hours prior to your appointment please do not rely on these messages.
If you are unsure of your appointment please call us & we will be more than happy to confirm for you.

NEW COLOUR CLIENTS
If you are a new client & wanting to book a colour appointment with us we require you to come in for a consultation prior. A skin test will be carried out & you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit. If you cancel your appointment this deposit will not be refunded.
If you are wanting to then book a future appointment a new deposit will be required,
